RECEIPT & HOLDING AGREEMENT
Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first choose basis, once the pup is put up for sale on the PUPPIES page. Puppy will be placed on “hold” for three business days, while waiting for a deposit. If deposit is not received in that time, the puppy will be placed back up for sale.
Those who reserved their pups in advance will pick their pups before the pups are put up for sale.
They will pick in the order that their deposits were received for the sex chosen.
Monies are NON REFUNDABLE, in other words we DO NOT refund any money; except in cases of premature death, prior to the delivery of your puppy to you. If you change your mind and do not want the puppy you paid on or cannot take your puppy, YOU FORFEIT ANY MONEY ALREADY PAID. Mitigating circumstances are always taken into account, however for the most part we do not transfer or refund monies.
The following agreement is between Awesome Bulldogges, hereafter known as "Seller,"
and _________________________________, hereafter known as "Purchaser."
In consideration of a deposit of $ , of which $ is Surety of Action, and $ is prepayment,
Seller assigns Purchaser the option to acquire the dog described below, guaranteeing that the dog will not be sold to any party other than Purchaser until 7 Weeks old.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by the time the pup reaches 6 weeks old.

The contract must be filled out, signed and deposit paid, and received by seller for this contract to be binding and puppy choice guaranteed.
By the time the pup reaches 6 weeks of age, that portion of the deposit taken and known as Surety of Action shall be applied to the purchase price.
If payment is not made by this time, Purchaser will be contacted by Seller and given 48 hrs to get full payment to Seller.
If payment is not received by this time, Purchaser forfeits puppy and all monies paid.
Transfer of ownership will not occur until ALL costs are paid in full.
Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel the sale anytime before transfer of ownership for any reason. Purchaser will be refunded full deposit if this occurs.
Purchaser agrees, the kennel name 'Awesome Bulldogges' to be used as a prefix in the registration name of the puppy, and will not represent the puppy as purchasers own breeding.
Seller will provide purchaser with puppy registration papers necessary for Purchaser to register puppy.
Purchaser agrees the puppy will never be abused, neglected, and will always be provided proper shelter, food and water.
Purchaser agrees to never allow puppy to engage in fighting or illegal activities.

When the puppy reaches 8 weeks old the Purchaser will receive the registration papers, health and shot records, a small bag of puppy chow, a puppy toy, and of course the puppy. Puppies may be shipped at 8 weeks of age weather permitting.
Shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Purchaser assumes all responsibilities for the dog as of the date and time of transfer. Seller will not be held responsible for illness and /or injury to the dog except as that illness and /or injury would have been avoided by the exercise of reasonable and normal care. Seller declines any liability in the event of any accident involving the pup which shall not be limited to dog bites or personal or property damage. BUYER INITIALS: ___________
